New project designed by CPA Papallas Architects. The unblocked view of the archeological site of the old port of Larnaca and the green surroundings are a challenge for architectural design and structure related to the building. Clear dynamic lines, large projections and the feeling of continuity of the internal and external space with big glass doors enable the tenants of the apartments to enjoy the magnificent view.
The study was done in 2004 by Architects PAPALLAS COSTAS and IOANNIDOU LELITA under the name PAPALLAS & IOANNIDOU ARCHITECTS. The supervision of the building was done by Architect Papallas Costas. The building was completed in 2007.
